1. Do you accept all types of projects/clients?
In order to make sure I offer you the best possible service, once in a while I may not be able to accept a project. After communicating clearly what you want, if I feel that the project isn’t a good fit for me I will inform you via email.
2. How do you accept payments?
My preferred form of payment is PayPal. After I receive a detailed decription of your project, you will be given a quote with a base price for your order. Note that this base price only includes the basic design elements of the services we agree upon; add-ons, as well as additional work required will be charged accordingly and billed to you prior to the completion of your design project. You do not need a Paypal account to pay with a credit card. In most cases, I require a 50% downpayment for design work; however, I may request full payment for certain jobs.
3. Do you have a first-come, first-served policy?
Yes. When you request a quote, I’ll first need to see if your project is a good fit for me. If it is, I will let you know and your design project will go in my queue after you have made the initial downpayment based on your project quote. If you have a specific deadline for your project, please email me with the subject “Rush Order” in your email, and I will be glad to prioritize your requirement for an additional fee + cost of the design project.
4. Do you have a preferred platform for websites/blogs?
Yes. For websites, blogs and e-commerce I only work on WordPress CMS. For custom sites I work exclusively with the Headway and Genesis frameworks as they are the most flexible. If you prefer, I can also install a theme previously bought by you or help you choose one through a source like Themeforest.

I can help you set up your domain, website or blog for a small fee. This would be in addition to the quoted price for the design work, and we would need to discuss this before the project is started.
8. What are your work hours?
I am available Monday through Friday, 9-5 EST. I will not usually reply to emails during the weekend (Friday night – Sunday), as these days are reserved for my family. If you have a pressing concern, you may email me and I will respond to you by the following Monday.
9. Can we meet?
I prefer to communicate via email, as it helps me to keep everything organized and I can also keep a record of all communications. You will want to keep a copy of your instructions as well!
